Do not use this agency if you are new to this country. They will first of all not mention anything about break clause in the agreement and then when you will like to break the term they will charge you a lot of money on comparison other agencies charge 50GBP per person when you break the clause. We were bombarded back to back with charges which are mentioned on their website and it is liable to be paid by the landlord they will ask you to pay all the amount. For us we paid nearly 700GBP for 1 bedroom apartment to vacate a property in 6months. Also they do not provide any solution to your issues you raise after moving into the property.

I have used RMH for many years now and the service has always been impeccable, exceptional and consistent throughout. Alex Tartov in particular shines, and his knowledge and experience of his area of work is second to none, as is his client care. Responsive and reactive, making the whole experience so much more smoother and tolerable at a time which is often stressful. A great business model and approach and competitive rates leading to considerable savings. I will never use a traditional estate agent again, and believe me they have tried. Highly recommended. We have been a customer since 2021. Prior to that, we used a number of local letting agents but we were increasing unhappy with their level of service, frequent changes in staff and high charges. I was initially a little apprehensive to use an online agency but Rent My Home was recommended to me and I can say that they are by far the best we have used. Alex and the team have always responded quickly and professionally with all matters. They are a pleasure to deal with and offer amazing value for money. I have no negatives.

I have been using RentMyHome since 2017 to market my flat, and they have found us multiple good tenants over the years. I use their website to view booking requests and accept them, and manage viewings and contracting myself. This time I also used their help with getting the tenancy agreement reviewed and then signed electronically. Debbie Diavatis was very helpful through this process. Good team, and value for money service.
