I was impressed with three things from Avamore in relation to a loan I've just arranged through them:- Firstly, they amended a development loan offer to a bridging loan offer, effectively relying on a different piece of security, without commissioning a new valuation Secondly, they found a fast route to then increase the bridging loan when some funds due to the borrower were delayed While in my own mind both of the amendments were credit worthy, Im not sure many others lenders would have been as accommodating, flexible, or fast. Thirdly, despite the borrower being in a difficult situation and on a short timescale, their pricing for the above revisions was very fair indeed.

By far the best lender I have dealt with. They deal with you on an individual basis. I will be returning to do businesses again soon.

Terrible bank. Took a couple of thousands of pounds in commitment fees from me, then when THEY backed out, they simply refused to return the fee. Never mind the fact that they were dragging me for ages without answering, after every bit of information I received I had to wait ages until they responded asking for something else. I've got loads more to write about this new bank but I'll keep it at that for now.
