AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Where do I start with this band of crooks? Took in my iPhone with a cracked screen for a simple repair. Little did I know the mistake I was making and what I was going to put myself through by getting it fixed via the services of so called iPhone fix solutions. Received phone back after the screen replacement on a Monday (and having parted with 70 quid) only to find that when I got home various other aspects of the phone had been broken: phone loud speakers, vibration functionality, call speaker. Summed up nicely in another review - these people are either woefully incompetent, crooks, or both. They must have damaged these other parts while clumsily replacing the screen as all worked fine beforehand. After taking the phone back in on the Tuesday and informing them of their inadequate job I was told this was apparently some how not caused by them and it was some magical coincidence that all these other features had broken at the same time of the repair. These people are so rude and do not listen to a word you are saying - after arguing with them for a while and seemingly getting nowhere the leader of the shambles shop conceded and said ok its not our fault but we will help you out, but we have to order parts in to fix it. Well, while we were all waiting for these parts to be delivered (I doubt they ever ordered them, or intended to fix my phone at all) any update on the progress of my phone was met with a rude dismissal. Not only this, after I inquired as to whether I could pick up my phone on the Friday at the end of the week THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. Literally blocked it, like an inept emu jamming its head under the sand to avoid all its problems. I was not in London for the entirety of the following week, the whole of which my number remained blocked. After finally getting my phone back today (over 2 weeks after I first took it in) I was unsurprisingly met with flimsy excuses about why half the functions are still broken. But luckily for them, I was tired of dealing with these clowns and cut my losses, leaving with a phone just as broken as when I took it in and 70 poorer. All this guy could muster was a half hearted offer of a different phone - which was refused due to the likelihood that it would be just as poorly maintained as their clients phones and the cause of more hassle. Then he has the cheek to offer me a discount on any further fixes - HAH! How this guy couldnt realise I would NEVER use his services again was beyond me. Just shows. I struggle to comprehend how these morons are still in business, but thankfully I saved someone from going through the same ordeal as he asked me while I was waiting in the shop about my experience. Ill say to everyone online what I said to him - NEVER BRING YOUR PHONE ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SHOP.

Excellent service! Friendly, knowledgable team with a can do attitude helped repair my smashed iphone 7 screen within an hour where Vodaphone couldnt/wouldnt within that timeframe and for a good price. Not the cheapest on the high street but certainly not the priciest and well worth the money. Useful Share

Ive used iphonefixsolutions as Cannon Street twice in the last three months (neither time for my devices - I have a clumsy family!). Both times, the service was very friendly, efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend using them but hope not to have to re-visit myself anytime soon.
