I received appalling treatment when the firm refused to recognise my address. They held on to my money for 5 weeks, creating additional barriers at every possible opportunity! On the phone to them every day. Part of their business model is to keep funds for as long as possible and play tricks to avoid paying out. Avoid at all costs. As executor of a will I have now been trying to receive the funds held in an account for around 3/4 weeks despite all the necessary documentation being sent promptly by recorded next day delivery. To cut a long story short, I feel like I am constantly being fobbed off and one dept does not seem to communicate with the other.. I rang on the 16/8/22 and I was told the funds would go into my nominated account on the 17/18th, it didnt. I rang again on the 18th and was told it would go in 19/22nd, it hasnt. I have rang again today this afternoon only to be told it takes 5 working days and it should be in tomorrow or Wednesday. Not good enough!!! Appalling service, all other companys settled promptly and efficiently. If I could have scored no stars I would have done!

This company own Wrens Nest retail park in the High Peak along with the stream running behind it.The stream is " home" to ducks and wildlife but it has been severely neglected and is now heavily polluted despite the site allegedly being managed by a property company.There has clearly been a lack of communication and attention between both parties in terms of regular and adequate maintenance of the stream and pathway leading to shops.This is extremely short sighted as it has impacted on customer footfall and potential investment.Many of the retail units are now vacant.Is this a company you can trust?
