    I have asked this organisation for a new password so many times I have lost count ,I will be moving my Pension elsewhere because I never ,ever get an email about the password change

    From a professional Independent Financial Adviser point of view, I find the Embark Platform to be very cost effective, with a wide range of Asset Management Funds to use with investment tax wrappers. Overall a very good, highly effective, and efficient Platform with good post-application reporting systems and positioned very cost-effective as one of the most competitively priced Platforms available. Thus, my five-star rating.

    This platform is appalling. The individuals in what they jokingly call customer services are rude, ignorant and don't even pretend to show respect for the people providing their income. They are largely the same people who worked for Alliance Trust Platform who had an equally bad reputation. I wonder if Lloyds realise what a dreadful company they have taken over.

    Absolutely awful. My mother has been sent round the houses by this company trying to withdraw her funds to pay a tax bill. They do not answer emails or letters and give contradictory advice when you call them. This has resulted in her being unable to withdraw the funds in time and incurring a substantial interest bill from HMRC. Would give zero stars if I could.
