Dentists here are knowledgeable with great attitude but cant say the exact same for the reception staff who can be unfriendly at times

I am a dentist working in the City of London. I have referred Invisalign cases to Graham Tinkler for over a decade. He is without doubt one of the best Invisalign providers in the UK having treated well over 10000 patients. As well as being an excellent clinician, Graham is ethical and always works in the best interests of the patient. He gets excellent result and my patients always give me great feedback.

I had a bad experience with a previous dental surgery and visited Cannon St with nervousness. They were so lovely to me, scanned my teeth straight away (as I explained I could not return for a second appointment due to a tough schedule) and sent these scans off. My retainers have arrived today - a mere 6 days after this appointment. I am stunned at how quickly this was done, Im excited to start using them and I am glad I took a leap of faith with them.

Hygienist was good. Reception staff, practice manager and directors extremely unhelpful :( Further to your reply - Which is yet another typical example of the poor responses I have been receiving from this practice over a simple request to respond to my insurance company. You were NEVER at any time requested to falsify anything. To state this is libel and can be proved by the email trail in which there was never, at any point any requests from me for falsification of anything. I will be taking advice over this defamatory statement

If you want life changing experiences i would recommend you to go to this dental practice very kind staff and always helpful big thanks for dr Matthew he has helped me to improve my dental hygiene over the past year :))
