    Appalling. Don't train their drivers. Some drivers can't read English. Nothing wrong with restaurants. This company's management is a joke. They are just after a quick buck. Look at the model....don't permit easy access to customer service. Blame the restaurant/driver. But never do anything about training. Why? So they can call them contractors and not have to pay a decent wage. Starbucks got caught eventually. So will deliveroo.

    Disappointing. Ordered Five Guys delivery through Deliveroo. The bacon cheeseburger was missing. It was a painful experience trying to get a full refund from Deliveroo. They refused to refund me the delivery fee, even though I would have incurred another delivery fee if I ordered another bacon cheeseburger. However, this experience put me off so I did not place another order. This was NOT the experience I expected for a 50 order for 2 burgers, 2 portions of fries and 2 milkshakes. I guess it was the restaurant that failed to put the bacon cheeseburger in the bag but Deliveroos so called help made a poor experience worse! They need to work on this. I wont be using Deliveroo again. I find Uber Eats much better.

    The riders are thieves they eat your order and claim they delivered it and still charge you for deliveries that you never got I wont recommend them

    It was never great but has totally gone downhill. On the last delivery, I got a call from driver shouting "no english" over and over. As I saw him nearby on the app I had to get out of the house to find him. Half the food was missing so I contacted deliveroo and they refused to put in an order for the missing part and just provided me with a partial refund. Not sure how I am supposed to feed people with half the order so I asked for a full refund which they also refused, had to contact my bank who did a chargeback. I think they are luckily dying a slow and painful death of never getting profitable which is reflected in their stock price. I am tired of seeing their drivers ignore red lights and driving on pedestrian roads, it is complete wild west. I have deleted my account.
