        Poor service. I applied for a role through this agency and put in contact with Simon and after an initial good start I managed to get an interview. However thats where all the problems began. The agency failed to return my calls and emails when I continually requested an update on whether I had progressed to the next stage. I ended up having to contact the company myself to get the update and feedback. Not very professional - I would avoid using this agency again
