        After there were apparently technical problems with my last order GE1687133805ES, it was cancelled by Hackett. Then I got a discount of 30% for my troubles. Now I placed a new order last Sunday GE1793949817ES and this one was not shipped/executed until today either. Technical problems again? Slowly but surely I am losing patience with Hackett. The customer service is just lousy. Hackett is no longer recommended......
