Eclipse Yoga Centre For Wellbeing

I absolutely love these classes, I've never felt stronger and Caroline is so attentive. She only allows you to go as far as your body will allow, but I've noticed how much I've improved in such a short time. My core is so much stronger and I notice the strength from inside out. These classes are 100% better than any massage I've ever had.

Caroline has built up a wonderful oasis of calm at her yoga studioEclipse. Her enthusiasm to offer a dedicated space for yogis, which welcomes people wherever they are at in their yoga practice, is second to none. Carolines immense experience as a yoga teacher shines through as she supports each individual to enjoy, improve and challenge themselves in a safe, secure and caring manner. The whole experience of being a yogi at Eclipse is one I certainly wouldnt want to be without.

The fact that I have been attending Caroline's Yoga for the last 14 years, says it all, really! I have never been disappointed with the quality of teaching and come away from a class always feeling better than when I came in.

Eclipse yoga its a lovely very welcoming yoga studio for all levels of yoga for the newcomer to the experienced Caroline is an excellent teacher with professional guidance and so much knowledge I have been using the studio for a few years now and can quite honestly say I wouldnt miss it for the world not only for the practice on how good you always feel when leaving but for the set of people that use the studio ,OM SHANTI
