We have a box in our garden, something to do with the waste water. The alarm goes off constantly, its not connected to anything so we have to call them and wait causing us to put up with loud noisey alarm until someone turns up to turn it off. Phoned today at 12, now 18.00hrs alarm still going, why is my weekend being ruined by your inefficiency and inability to do the basics. 4th time this week but because we never used the word complaint it hasn't been recorded so I can't speak to a manager to get it fixed,.
