        We waited for our keys for over half an hour just sitting outside their office because there was no one else manning the office while one person who was working at the time went to provide a shuttle service at the port. We clearly mentioned what time we'd be arriving back to pick up the keys and that clearly was ignored. Waiting there after a long journey through the day really did not help ahead of another long journey back home. Really disappointed with the service given the overall review rating here.

        Slightly out of the way from the cruise terminal, about five ten minutes at max. But worth looking at if you are going on a cruise and need to leave the car at Dover. Free minibus to and from the terminal. Great value and customer service, would definitely be using them again if we're going out from Dover on a cruise.

        Spot on place to park the car. Staff had finger on the pulse re our timings and were both friendly and helpful. Shuttle service worked a treat. Thank you.
