Always enjoy doing a vehicle change, fast turn around excellent service.. shame central doesn't keep new cars at site, they have to bring in cars from airport and other locations.. returned to change my vehicle to a new vehicle and include extra driver, staff so relaxed, in and out 15 minutes But I have been a regular customer for many many years. My company use this company and I have a van on long term hire. Whenever it needs repair I dread taking it there because youre usually given a smaller van and it seems to take weeks for it be repaired so that means working from a van that I havent got all my tools and materials on. I also dread dealing with the woman on the front desk who always seems to have a very rude and condescending attitude every time I go in there despite me trying my best to be polite. I booked my van in with her weeks ago because its got a terrible wheel bearing drone. Literally nothing was done so I had to go in there Monday and was given the only vehicle they had which was a tiny Picanto. Most of the guys seems friendly and helpful. Maybe she hates her job, I dont know but I just cant understand why someone like this is customer facing with such a bad attitude and shes had this problem everytime I have the misfortune to interact with her. Id never get away with talking to our clients like that. Same old cut and paste reply despite every bad review. Clearly theyre doing nothing to better their service and the fact they cant be bothered to even reply without lazy cut and paste responses no matter how many bad reviews they get tell you they couldnt care less.
