        Excellent, fast friendly service to get us to the port. Long cold wait - currently 45 minutes - to transport everyone back to their cars at the end. Disappointing.

        We have always used Port Parking Dover when our cruise was departing from that port. The depot was only a very short distance away and we have always been extremely happy with the service provided. Alas Port parking have now moved to Cheriton near Folkestone. Our initial experience was good. There was a mini bus waiting when we arrived at the base and in the usual way we were transported to the cruise terminal, all very good. So how disappointed we were upon our return to Dover. We waited for over an hour and a half in the chilling wind. Its the first time this has happened and I imagine it's linked to the move. So unfortunately I will be searching for a Dover based company in future. Unless Port parking decides to move back to Dover. Maybe the answer is more vehicles on busy days.
