        Booked a taxi for a return service to a venue, the driver got lost using his satnav, which I directed him with by looking at the satnav. The return journey refilled in him being 1 HOUR late. Please make sure drivers can read satnavs if they are going to drive people would for a living

        What can I say women on switch board very rude disgusting manner cuts u of phone, driver was lovely but 17 mins late that's terrible picking up elderly lady we will not use them again here at all 2nd April 2023...
