County Taxis

Would not even give this one star. Phoned for a taxi for my parents, my father waited outside waiting for it to arrive. I checked my phone to see if they had called which they hadnt. Then checked again 5 minutes later to see 3 missed calls and a message saying it was there - my father still stood outside and no taxi appeared. I phoned back to ask where it was to which I received verbal abuse from the driver and called a liar. Phoned another of their numbers to which they also said the same thing and both numbers hung up on myself. Awful costumer service! Plain rude!

Do not use unless you want a prebooked taxi not to turn up. Do not use unless you want verbal abuse when you phone to find out where you taxi is. But do use if you want to spend a fortune making other arrangements
