Absolutely unprofessional staff. First hes expecting me to be into him which I had to tell him I wasnt interested. And then hes been so rude, Joe Davies, he said hes giving me the design the day before. I asked what if I dont like the design and I want to change it? Its going on my body after all and hes told me hes keeping the deposit and saying he wanted nothing to do with me because Ive questioned his professionalism and asked about the change of design then blocked me calling me dramatic. Im unhappy because I wanted the tattoo but he was extremely self entitled and arrogant. There was no verbal agreement to a deposit or anything Ive signed so hes kept it unlawfully. Just expecting a deposit to be in play is not a legal agreement. I just cannot believe the way hes spoken to me. Tattoos are for life like I cant see a design then the next day just say yes. Very rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend him or his company to anyone.
