Amazing. Have had 4 sessions and each one Michael gave me new exercises so help regain strength in my sprained ankle. He knows his stuff and was able target the area of pain and sort it within weeks. Highly recommended this to anyone whos struggling to get back to normal after having an injury.

I have been seeing Michael for a few months now and not only has he helped reduce the frequency of my headaches, but he has also helped with a shoulder and a hip issue. He looks after the whole you, body and mind and I would highly recommend him.

I went to Michael with a bad knee injury a month before a big holiday, he got me back on my feet and confident in time for this. Michael has given me great advice and exercises to help my injury and get me back to the activities that I have been unable to do for a long time, even before the injury. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. Great physio work, massage work and help with correct exercises to help any issues.
