I don't write many reviews, but absolutely had to leave one. I was browsing the internet, looking for replacement cameras, not really knowing what I wanted (bullet, turret, dome, etc). I stumbled across the site and used the chat function to ask incredibly inane questions. I sent pictures of my property and Kyle consistently responded with excellent advice and pretty much educated me on cameras! He was incredibly patient, and I went from wanting to spend 50 on one camera to try out, to spending 700 on replacing 4 of my outdoor cameras without feeling like someone had run a hard sell on me. I still need to buy more cameras, and use-IP will be where I get them from. Hope this helps someone else.

I always use this company to purchase my security cameras from and they are always in stock, very competitively priced and they have super friendly staff. I have also emailed them with questions and their responses have always been very prompt - they are very knowledgeable. Most certainly a 5 Star company !

This company really sets its standards high. From the start I needed advice on what system, camera lenses and hard drive to purchase - I had a rough idea but wanted to check. The support guided me and provided lots of information for specifications that I didnt even think it. After purhcase I've had a few different queries and each time there responses have been so quick I've been shocked! They provide all required information and clearly have expertise in thier field. Never been so fulfilled by customer service - Thanks guys.

Great company, bought a Hikvision NVR and cameras from them, all arrived quickly and they even provided support setting it all up, highly recommended.
