Nice place..nice peoplefroze my balls off in the room as I have in every hotel Ive stayed in since Ive been since arriving in Europe..these people are going to be in a lot of trouble when global warming kicks in for real..not sure about the neighborhood..some 17 year old tried to pick a fight with me .

Very friendly and cosy place,great place to stay ,very comfortable beds and very clean versilties,very friemdly staff and manager,situated in a great place jus yards frm dover high street surrounded by fantastic views and very close to the beach
