        Rude receptionists who automatically presume you are guilty and scum as soon as you walk through the door, try talking to an officer, you need to give yourself a week off work.....opening hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm...says it all

        Stayed here unexpectedly after a night out. Very rude and aggressive owners. When I checked in they kept asking me questions and wanted to take my photo for their website. When they showed me to my room it was the worst room I had ever seen. No TV, no tea and coffee facilities and no hair dryer. The toilet was disgusting and the bed was very uncomfortable. The man in the room next to me was very noisy and clearly felt the same as me about the accommodation as he kept shouting 'Let me out'. Room service was very slow, I ordered a kebab at 2.30am and it never showed up. I thought I was going to get a cooked breakfast as I could smell bacon all night but it never turned up. I will never stay here again, very disappointed.
