Very slow. Even several days after they have receives the prescription it still won't be ready, i have been told to phone before I come to collect but then half the time they don't answer it. Not enough staff in there. Even when collecting a prescription they is ready you have to wait ages for them to actually look for it

Ordered online 6days ago! Expected to just walk in and pick my prescription up.was not ready.sat for 25mins and was told didn't have part of my prescription would I accept substitute I said after sitting for 25mins not good enough.was told if I payed for my prescription I would have got it quicker!! Tried to explain I paid my ni all my life and was toldof course you have.very rude and condescending

Do not get your prescriptions sent here. Firstly they skirt GDPR rules by asking you to write your name and full address on a piece of paper. Where that ends up nobody knows there was no GDPR notice. Not only this, but I had asked the doc for two different items on two different days due to different appointments. They handed me one item and then told me that they could not find my pain killers on the system. It turns out that's because the script was made up and they do not keep those by name but in date boxes. Their advice before looking for it was to ring 111. This would have been an 8-24 hour wait to be told that I have them dispensed already. Luckily I was able to hobble out with all my items.
