An excellent pharmacy, although a busy place, the staff are very professional and go the extra mile to advise and suggest alternatives meds when prescribed meds are not available. Thank you so much for what you all do. Its is greatly appreciated. Keep up the excellent work ethic, thank you.

Busy, rubbish and slow. You'll regularly wait 20+ minutes to get a medication. You can watch the staff wander aimlessly around hunting slowly for your medication in a terrible disorganised system. It is difficult for me to understand why they dont have the forethought to order medication in advance of a customer attending to pick up their prescription. The GP sends an electronic referral to the pharmacy which basically means "patient will be in to pick up this medication in a few days". You'd think the staff at the pharmacy would think "oh, we dont have any of that medication so we had better order it to be here when the customer comes" but no. They only order medication when you turn up to collect it. This has happened several times to me. You have to attend a minimum of twice to collect most medications. Today they still didn't have my medication, despite leaving it two days when they said "come back tomorrow" so I went to Grace Pharmacy just down the road instead. The staff at White Cliffs seem clueless, disinterested and slow, wandering around, chatting and laughing whilst there's a growing queue of customers who will all be waiting 20+ minutes, as is the norm. It's a horrible pharmacy overall, really poor experience, and to top it all off you get no phone signal inside. It's like the building is lead-lined. You would be better off going to Argos - you'll have just as much luck getting your prescription but at least the wait will be quicker.

Useless Pharmacists! I've been just before closing time because my 5y old son had a scratch under his eye from our puppy. Because of nature of skin under eye the scratch been a deep one. I've shown the pictures and one of pharmacist take me to the shelf with plasters and there showed me the medical spirit. Obviously I don't have knowledge, I asked if this is good and if is not painful and start laughing at me. I bought a bottle and looked at it at home and not good to use on brocken skin. DEFINITELY AVOID IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
