        Extremely poor care. My cockapoo was booked for his regular 12 week groom I was called during the week to take him half an hr earlier. Which was fine. When I got there the manager said she was refusing to do him as he was aggressive. I've not been told about him being aggressive only anxious. If this was the case, why was I allowed to book another appointment at the end of his last groom? Why was I called during the week to bring forward his time. I drove 30 mins to the appointment and that again home. I now need to find another groomer, when he is already due a groom. I asked why if that was her decision did they not have the courtesy to call and explain that to me earlier. Her reply was short-staffed, but she does apologise . This really is no excuse. It's not very caring towards my dog waiting until he needs a groom, letting him travel for an hour I've never seen signs of aggression, he plays with my 2 Yr old grandaughter all of the time. Poor poor care all the way round. I've never written a bad report or complained about anything , but this treatment is appalling.
