        Enjoyed my session with Mandy. She is knowledgeable and doesn't practise with the no pain, no gain mentality which makes the sports massage more effective in my opinion. She listens to your needs while making her assessment and explains her style of working. Her business follows covid protocols and safety processes are made clear. Online booking system which is easy to use and effective.
