        Went for my free eye test - charged 25. Went to collect my glasses that had been arranged and fully set up days before - only one pair of glasses were ready and the other pair not even noted down. Then to be informed of a credit check? Not once mentioned prior to this as I would have chosen a more affordable pair of glasses to buy outright. But all left to the last second, to not be able to get my glasses and be down the cost of an eye test that was supposed to be free. Wont be using Vision Express again, Ill go somewhere that is true to their word.
