Good service! Got my nails done for the first time very comfortable atmosphere didnt talk much but they were very good , patient aswell ended up having a coughing fit nails still ended up perfect. Left a tip for the inconvenience and for how good the nails looked and we didn't book but it seemed to be no problem. I did show a reference photo and it's pretty spot on I love them. Went to get one nail fixed and was rudely told they couldnt do it as I didnt have my nails done there. Told them I had them done in Australia and they said to go back there to have it fixed. Obviously dont want the business

Absolutely awful ! Horrible customer service, hate my nails . Overall horrendous . Not what I asked for at all , barely said hello to me , made me super uncomfortable too . Was really rough with my hands and my arm ?! Not only this the man didnt even prep my nails properly ! I bite my nails and he kept making comments and making me feel super self conscious. Do not advise going here in the slightest . Service: Acrylic nails
