I was not talked through the experience whatsoever, even though I was clear I had never had my nails done before and the lady that did them seemed very impatient and was unhelpful with choosing a design.
I did not have explained what I was getting and when they were done I was not aware, because as per the picture, they look incomplete and messy.
I was then left stood waiting to pay for over 10 minutes as the lady who was doing my nails immediately left and started on someone elses.
Overall a bad experience, would not recommend to anyone who isnt familiar with nails as I was left essentially clueless the entire time. Service: Manicure
