Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Instore guy really friendly and helpful. Carpet fitters were amazing, very efficient and did a fabulous job! They took all rubbish away. Highly recommend Action carpets.

I moved into my house at very short notice in 2019, the ladies that sorted out carpets for me was lovely and they arranged at very short notice to carpets my house the very next morning, 3 years on the carpets are lovely still always look amazing, I'm going g back there today to look for vinyl floor covering and know it will be coast effective thank you

We have always used action carpets but this time let us down big time didn't go right from start to finish not happy at all with them. Had to now go for a different option of flooring instead of the lvt because what they did wasn't good enough for it rushed the job. Wanted then rectify but too late my lovely brand new kitchen was in and didn't want them anywhere near it or latexing in the endpanels. Out of almost 900 pound it cost I was offered 115 pounds back at first which was an insult considering the difference in the two options was 300 pound between having to have more work done to house the lvt. This got increased to 250 pound because I was doing them a favour and not having them back saving costs on materials and labour. I was not happy and as far as I was concerned only done half the job. I arranged to meet face to face in store and just like that boss see sense and stopped messing me about and refunded half the money which was a better solution. Will not stop me using them in the future but only for carpet from now on.
