        Worst experience ever. If you can avoid, do. Once rung up to say my hot waters not working and was told I should shower round a mates house. Was also let into the neighbours flat by maintenance man Jim without neighbours permission. Very awkward. Unprofessional, rude and lazy. Tersons will do the bare minimum for as long as they can.

        I recently brought a property from Tearsons Estate agents and spoke to a lovely lady with great outstanding customer service called Hayley she helped me from the beginning to the end every time I emailed her I would get a quick response she has also gone out of her way to help me.
