        Useless, ordered item on 10/11, got a dispatch email on 11/11, then on 16/11 they sent email saying item out of stock and to ignore any previous emails about delivery!? (only good point is they refunded same day) then got email on 17/11 asking for review of service, however when I tried this the link had expired.

        Went here today. Was not a nice experience. I asked a staff member to check the price of an item for me since it scanned wrong. I was then told that I hadnt seen things correctly, after they had moved the labels around. The manager then came over, only to be rude and disrespectful. And then tell me the staff member who moved the label didnt exist. What a load of help, not.

        Awful people skills, the so called manager today 25:8:22 needs to go on a training course on how to speak to customers. Rude, condescending,facetious, patronising man. He needs a reprimand from head office. Will never spend my money in here. I am only giving one star because I cannot post without, or a minus.
