Tania has helped me the last 8 months to overcome a terrible back and neck pain and helped a lot with some nasty knots. She is really good and very friendly and i highly recommend her for anyone that needs a professional deep tissue massage.

Tania is a wonderful deep tissue Massage Therapist. I used to attend her sessions in Greenwich, but she moved to The Light Centre in Monument and I followed her! She is very professional, finds the knots and tight muscles and alleviates problems. She uses firm but gentle massage. She is also very friendly, kind and considerate, always ensuring comfort, offering water and makes you feel at ease. I would like to try her aromatherapy treatments as well - I'm sure they are just as worthwhile. I definitely recommend this lady if you like a good massage and a relaxing end to your day...
