        Been having these massages monthly for a few months now and the benefits are amazing I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and was taking codeine 4 times a day for pain now I have reduced that amount to maybe 2-3 a month, I was having regular physio which never made my pain any better so this is a huge relief and my mental health has improved. A hour of absolute bliss and relaxation I always book my next one straight away.
