London Kebab House

I live in Canterbury, I will travel to Dover just to get a kebab from here, excellent customer service nice people, the food is lovely best kebab in Dover.

Ordered from here this evening I had to pay an extra 80p for a pot of sauce as didnt want the sauce on the kabab meat and wanted it for the chips only. The delivery turned up and we asked if the driver had change for a twenty, he said he didnt so we he took what we had which wasnt far off the overall price. We was missing the pot of sauce so called the shop asking for the sauce and the man very abruptly said that he insists he watched the sauce get placed in the bag and also insist that his driver always has change, which was untrue which wasnt our fault we had to under pay. He then said he was sending the sauce and half hour later we was still waiting with stone cold food. I then called again and immediately angry by now and the friend I was with extremely angry after lying about the previous convo they had on the phone. He then went on to say that would we like the sauce or our money back for the sauce or do we not want to see his face.. which to me is somewhat of a threat so in self defence my friend started shouting and then he swore at us down the phone. Very bad customer service. Extremely rude and extremely nasty members of staff. Other may disagree with me but from my experience with them tonight Im extremely appalled and disgusted with how Ive been treated. Why would I make a big deal about not getting my sauce if I hadnt received it. I know its something but I was being charged full price and quite frankly am glad I now underpaid by a few pence because of this.
