        As a newbie to this gym I have felt welcomed by everybody. Mark is fun and approachable, encourages me to push limits and has already taught me so much in just a few weeks. The equipment and workouts are first class and the atmosphere is even better. So glad I joined!

        Mark Fraser is the highest qualified Crossfit coach in all of Kent. He has medical training too. Safety of all gym users is one of his main aims. He is a totally inclusive coach who can inspire any individual to achieve personal progress. My mobility has improved so much since I started training that it literally has changed the quality of my life. I thought at 68 my role in life was to accept " I am too old for that". Joining Channel Crossfit changed that attitude completely. Love the place. Its clean and the equipment is first class. 5 star all the way! Kids CrossFit in Channel Crossfit is run by Mark Fraser ( owner) and Zoe, 2 trainers out of only 3 in all of Kent. Make sure you check it out, walk up those steps and change your life!
