        A perfect gym for those wanting to workout away from the baby oiled, tanned guys in other gyms. This gym is all about fitness and a healthier you. Start my personal training next week I'll update when I've given it a chance to transform my body. Could be sometime

        Friendly and supportive gym. Everyone Ive met here over the last 7 months encourages others to be the best they can be. The PTs are fabulous and arrange community events for members. There are also several classes open to both members and non members. Best gym Ive ever been to
