I cannot speak highly enough of Hambrook and Johns in Dover. From the moment my mother was taken into their care to her cremation, they were professional, compassionate, kind and so supportive. They did all of the arrangements to ensure that my mothers funeral was everything you could wish for. Thank you so much Beth, Lys and team.

We arranged a non-attended cremation and our experience was very good. They kept us advised and the communication was the right level. When the Coroners were involved they made sure we were aware of everything we need to be. Special mention to Beth: thank you for dealing with us so sensitively.

I cannot praise these people enough, they were helpful, informative and supportive, professional at all times, nothing was too much trouble, they took as much of the load from me whenever they could, looking after my dad until the time for the funeral came, treating everyone with dignity and kindness.

It is two weeks since Mams funeral I would just like to say the people at Hambrook & Johns , were so professional, friendly and kind, gave great service. They helped take the stress out of the organisation of Mams day.
