"Lost " my husbands 22 carat gold Wedding ring. Lied about it for 8+ weeks. Insisted that he wanted to replace it rather than compensate to allow me to choose an alternative. I've been patient for over 2 years of empty promises & failed appointments by Robeft Kent. He was desperate for me not to report the incident to the police, I wish I had been less influenced by him. He no longer acknowledges messages from me, nor answers his phone. The loss of this wedding ring, bought by my husbands dad for his mum & repurposed when my husband & I married has caused a huge amount of stress & arguments within our family. The Orders of Service & Memorial Book were inscribed with the wrong date of death. Robert was polite & the funeral was ok, but his behaviour over losing the Wedding Ring, promises to replace it, followed by his avoidance of me & neither replacement ring nor compensation having a made in over 2 years is totally unacceptable. I could not recommend anyone who shirks their responsibilities & tells clients lies

The service was very well organised. Robert managed to arrange everything very quickly. We came to him and in one weeks time we already had the ashes. He was very supportive and gave us some good advice. He helped us to arrange the vicar for the service and it all made this time very special and memorable for us. We are very grateful for his understanding, care and suggestions. We would definitely recommend his company.
