Lovely venue & staff! Very attentive to customers and you can tell when people enjoy your job as it shows through their service. Kayleigh was amazing to work with, bluebirds is her everything and she clearly shows that through her work ethic. Keep up the good work Kay

Went to the drag night just gone, tickets prices were 10 which is good when you got food included (not great) the entertainment was good, the only thing that let it down was how cold it was in there unfortunately i was driving so couldn't drink to keep warm, we had to go to the toilet to use the dryer just to warm up, one of the toilet doors is broken. Drinks arent a bad price only issue was the plastic cups kept splitting. Djs not bad either thankful we didnt have to hear any cotton eyed joe or ymca. Good night just cold

Inexperienced waitresses, rude, owner extremely rude cannot take any criticism witnessed her be vile to a customer because he complained about long waits poor food and wanted money back... he was told 'to do' one but it was a lot more contect. The food was cold and poor quality everything was over seasoned with mixed dry herbs. Expected to eat 3 courses off the same plate. When asked if plates were being changed, they were told ' if it was gonna, we wudve already' shocking. Wud never go back ever

My nephew arrange a party here this year. I found the woman who owned it unhelpful and slightly rude if Im honest. Happy enough to chat about teeth-but not really up for even moving a table (with graffiti all over it-we had to cover it!). It is a shame as its a lovely place-but not a good vibe! I would not use this venue. I wouldnt look forward to attending an event here.
