        In 15 years working in the logistics/supply chain sector I have never come across such an unprofessional outfit. Some members of staff have no concept of customer service. Phone calls and emails often not acknowledged or returned. Work was taken on despite Heritage not having the capabilities to do it. The only reason I have given 2 stars is because some jobs were completed, albeit, not delivered on time.
