        Very poor communication with patients. Waited 45 minutes past appointment time for a simple clinical procedure - a blood test. Went to reception to report this then was called through by clinician who said receptionist hadnt flagged me as arrived. Reception was not even busy! Very annoying.

        Pre Covid they were fine. Now trying to get an appointment in December 2022 is hard. December fourth.. I've been given an appointment for January third 2023..Anything could happen to me by then!

        Before Covid I couldn't praise the surgery high enough which also coincided with the merger with Buckland medical. Since then they've become less than useless. The reception team is so rude including the practice manager. They don't listen and don't take complaints seriously. The GPs are very good and always give their time however you have to get past the pitbulls first. I think they've been given too much power and it's gone to their head.
