        When you call the phone is answered by a recording that goes on for about five minutes to try and get rid of you! then go into a queue which never gets answered. A truly terrible 3rd world surgery with total disregard for there duty of care to the patients. Since the pandemic they have Well and truly run to the hills with full pay nice work if you can get it! Dreadful place avoid

        Dr Richards was Rude, Abrupt, uncaring and dismissive which lead to my condition worsening. I question how many patients have been misdiagnosed. I had to seek a second opinion for which the correct diagnoses and treatment was given.
