        Garden rubbish bags, The non disposable type I bought disappear despite having a few places they could be placed. Bin left in the middle of my drive so you cant get your car on. Who trains these people? At one time Id be leaving some beer at Christmas now Im just grateful if I get my bin back! Dont bother complaining you wont get an answer!

        After emailing that my black box hadn't been returned I was expecting to wait for the said 10 days for a reply. No! I had a reply within 30 minutes and was told a new box will be delivered free of charge soon. I was expecting a battle. I'm impressed. Thanks.

        I Tried to fill a care assessment form for my elderly father but as I live abroad, the webpage wouldn't accept my details. After several attempts to get through the Kent county council switchboard, I got through to an extremely friendly and helpful lady who had an urgent referral through for me in a matter of minutes. I don't normally give reviews but I was so shocked at how accomodating she was I had to give her a five star review. (If anyone from KCC reads this, give her a pay rise.)
