Kearsney Convenience Store

The "INconvience" store! Quite possibly the worst shop I've had the misfortune of visiting. Went 2 years ago was the same, thought I'd give it another go. Rude staff and zero help. Kearsney deserves better than this!

The rudest shop worker I have ever come across. No hello, thank you.. scans your parcel and says moodily 'take it down to the parcel box'... most shop workers take parcels themselves down to their storeroom rather than tell customer to. Horrid.

Awesome staff free ATM till to 50 pounds. Can buy basic food, hygiene, alcohol or cigarettes. CAN pay aswell by card.

Listed as a Dhl service point but would not accept my pre paid DHL parcel.

Won't be using again rude and parcel gone missing too!! Took a parcel to send and to collect. Was told to put it over there after he scanned it. Said excuse me? Put parcel over there! Over there being a basket on the floor with other parcels in, No please or thank you. As for collecting a parcel Yodel had delivered the day before! With an attitude was told it wasn't there and to come back tomorrow! Asked if he could double check as the parcel was delivered the day before so should be there. Got told NO! come back tomorrow. RUDE! Left and contacted Yodel to confirm it was there and they did. Went back a couple of days later to collect and same thing. Same bloke with the glasses! Said he knew nothing about it and asked to see confirmation it had been delivered. Happily showed him app and email to confirming it, Only for him to scan the barcode and then walk out the back to look for it. Surprise surprise no parcel and was told yet again to come back! Don't think so! Reported to Yodel who are investigating and told them he had scanned it! I know we are in a cost of living crisis ect but manners are still FREE!! AVOID!
