Steven was extremely responsive in contacting myself after my initial enquiry. He came out to the property the very next day. It was very reasonably priced and Steven was so kind, sympathetic and professional. He did an amazing job of cleansing and disposal of carpets after our Father had suddenly passed away. Everything was left tidy and clean and this gave us complete peace of mind and relief after such an upsetting time. His previous experience is second to none and we will definitely call on Steven again. We cant thank him enough.

I was really impressed with the excellent level of service received from Bio-Cleanse. From my initial phone contact through to job completion Steve was conscientious, reliable, & considerate, he ensured that the customer's needs & wishes were his priority. Steve & his team worked tirelessly to ensure that the job was completed as soon as was possible, their professionalism, sensitivity & kindness helped to make a traumatic & stressful situation much easier to deal with.
