        Comfortable seating. Reasonable location in the village. However, the barmaid lacked hospitality skills and was more interested in playing her own music than anything that might appeal to customers. It seemed very quiet for a Sunday lunchtime. Perhaps, the lack of "atmosphere " is the issue?

        The Whitfield Club keeps getting better & better. Bar is clean & modern, toilets refurbished, function hall refurbished (and for hire). Friendly, welcoming staff, excellent quality drinks s cheaper than the high street. A safe, friendly, family-oriented membership. Regularly hosting member events so popular they've even opened a cocktail bar! A real gem worth checking-out. Take your family.
