Spilled some red wine late Saturday evening. Tried Witch carpet cleaning and they were at my house within 35minutes, 8 o'clock on a Saturday evening. Richard have done an excellent job and were very helpful. Thank you!

Ive used witch cleaning multiple times over the past 12 years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I own 4 properties in Canterbury which I converted into student lets many years ago. I have the carpets and upholstery cleaned in each property annually, and each time Im amazed at how well they clean up. The stains this company can remove or improve is astonishing. Tea, coffee, alcohol, chewing gum, make up, chip fat, tar, food, pollen, lumps of candle wax! You name it, theyve done it for me. Admittedly I did use another company this time as Witch was fully booked and I instantly regretted it! I was left with Soggy smelly carpets, and one of my sofas turned brown! I Contacted Richard and begged him to fit me in as I had students parents calling and complaining. Ben came round and met me at 6.30pm tonight and cleaned all the carpets, leaving them ph neutralised. Apparently because they are wool, you cant just leave soap in them! He then cleaned the sofa, and rinsed out all the soap the last company left behind, and hey presto all the brown stains disappeared! He then deodorised everything and it smells great now! He was so friendly and informative, and really loves what he does. You truly do get what you pay for, they arent the cheapest, but as far as Im concerned they are the most reasonably priced PROFESSIONAL company I know of. Lesson learnt! They really did save me tonight, so I want to leave them a review. Im certainly a customer for life now, and will NEVER go anywhere else again! Thanks Witch!
