Stagecoach in East Kent

The bus turned up and left 3 mins early. Phone stagecoach, they Said would investigate and send email. Heard nothing..

I would give no stars but can't, they just cancel bus willy nilly, when you use the codes on the bus stops to find out when the next bus is the buses just don't turn up

I worked here as a trainee for 5 months. Got my bus licence, but hated the place and awful rota's & controllers. Thanks for the licence stagecoach.

Pls more buses from deal to ct , dont wanna have to sit next to 65 year old darren with a semi on the way home from college x

I dont think ive ever seen a bus on time if it even turns up that is. (I do look on app and twitter and half time not canceled) Alot of rude drivers. There are some really nice ones. Ive even heard some drivers talking to each other saying they are going to leave 5mins late because they cant be bothered. I rely bn buses, people shouldnt need to get the bus 3x earlier than the bus they actually need to get where they need to go, as tou never know if theybwill be on time if they show up at all. Never seen a company so poor for even caring about their customers. Stage coach should really do what the trains do if they are late by a certain amount of time you can claim a refund on your ticket. Although eith that stage coach would never make money. So doubt they will do that. Sooner i drive the better Edit: just got refused to be let on because i had a bag of food. Wasnt going to eat it on the bis and wasnt going to even open it. Got told is was due to people neing able to smell the food. Stagecoach is like a roulette on if the bus with turn up or not
