    Made a $183 mistake. Thought I was booking for the Dover in Canada, realized immediately and sent them a message not even five minutes after. I saw that it wasn't refundable when making the booking, but thought that maybe there would be a chance for some leniency as it hadn't even been an hour. Called three times, four hours apart, but was hung up on, not even sent to voicemail. Received a response saying that there could not be an exception. My mistake, and I should have double checked before booking, but disappointed with the customer service, as the message was a generic automated response. I doubt that in the two hours in-between my booking and responding to my request to cancel, that the loss of business was proportional to the entire fee for the stay. Will undoubtedly regret this for the next few months. Make sure everything is 100% certain when you book because I received no help or customer service.
