I would go back to Dover just to stay here. It's by far the best place I've stayed in England. Not only are the rooms fantastic, but the bed is better than mine at home! It is worth getting breakfast here every day. It's cheaper than it should be and home-cooked. Rooms: Each room has its own design and personality.

We were lucky enough to be one of the last guests for the season and I'm really glad we got the chance to stay here. Alex is a fantastic host and made our stay easy and enjoyable from the moment we checked in. We stayed in the Victoria room which was warm and cosy with a wonderful conservatory that would be more enjoyable in the warmer months. Our cooked breakfast was perfectly prepared by Alex and was a great, relaxed way to start each day Overall, a thoroughly delightful stay and a great location to explore Dover.
